How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website.

Simply choose your box, add it to your cart, and check out — no account needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments online, as well as store credits and discount codes.

Cash or card on delivery is available for selected local orders only.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start packing orders as soon as possible, so any changes or cancellations need to be requested before your order is fulfilled.

Can I order multiple boxes at once?

Yes — you can order multiple boxes in a single order, with no set limits.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

When are orders dispatched?

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery times depend on the courier or delivery service chosen at checkout.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed by more than 3 days past the expected delivery window, please contact us via Instagram or email with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

What’s inside a Brisky Box?

Each box contains a randomised but carefully handpicked selection from our full catalogue, put together to feel balanced and intentional.

Every Brisky Box includes 8+ branded snacks and one exclusive item only available in that box, with contents rotating so no two boxes are the same.

Are all snacks branded and sealed?

Yes — all snacks included are branded and factory-sealed.

We don’t include loose or repackaged items.

Can I customise what goes into my box?

Customisation depends on the box.

Some boxes offer limited customisation options, which are shown clearly on each product page. The Movie Night Box currently offers the most flexibility so you can tailor it to your preferences.

Do box contents change over time?

Yes — box contents rotate based on availability, seasons, and demand.

We also introduce limited-time boxes and new bundles, and we’re always open to suggestions via DMs or email.

Do you provide allergen information?

All allergens are clearly listed on the original product packaging.

If you have allergies or ingredient concerns, please contact us by DM or email with your order number as soon as you place your order, and we’ll do our best to help.

Issues & Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of food products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What if something is missing, damaged, or incorrect?

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the box and affected items.

Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

What if I don’t like the snacks I received?

Our boxes are curated to be part of the experience, so we don’t offer refunds based on taste or preference.

How do I report an issue with my order?

Please contact us via Instagram DMs or email with your order number as soon as possible.

Issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and help quickly.
