Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Fees
- Calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping method.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over £35 (after discounts and before VAT).
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived or there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
