Refund policy

At BriskyBytes, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality snacks to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have put in place the following returns and refund policy to ensure food safety and fairness for all our customers.

Non-Returnable Items

All food products sold on BriskyBytes are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received an incorrect item

This policy is in place to protect the safety and quality of consumable goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report an issue:

  1. Email us at support@briskybytes.co.uk
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photographs showing the problem

Once we review your case, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected items
  • A store credit for future purchases

We will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • Subscription orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the next billing date.
  • To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days
  • Your bank may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
